Due to the current COVID-19 situation we are having to make some changes to how we do this training.  The Classroom training will be performed as a Live Instructor Led Class.  We will also be putting the classroom portion online as a stand alone session so students can go through the training at any time.  The required hands on training and certification will be scheduled twice per month for those completing the online courses that are not Live Instructor led training.  Beginning with the February 2021 classes we will begin certifying company employees to perform the required HANDS-ON training and certifications of skill.  The first "Performance Evaluator/Trainer" class to certify these company employees will be FEB 5, 2021.  The COVID-19 situation is forcing many changes across the industry and we are no exception.  Most of our training will be shifted to the ONLINE platform for the above reasons. We can no longer rely on ease of travel and universal requirements: each state, county, city and company now have their own requirements and these can change daily or at a moments notice.  This requires we change how we are doing training so that it can be performed safely, reliably and consistently.
